There's a lot of lore from different cultures regarding the white stag. Most believe that their appearance herald some profound change in the lives of those who encounter them. Hunters of old pursued the white stag, not because they expected the kill the elusive creature, but because it led them through the joy of the chase to new horizons and transformative adventures. To chase the white stag is to pursue happiness.
